TCL powered Alcatel expands its range of affordable tablets with the launch of POP4 10 LTE and A3 10 Wi-Fi tablets in India. The POP4 10 LTE and A3 10 Wi-Fi tablets are android driven tablets, the former runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow version while the latter on Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Price and Availability

The former slate is offered in Black color with a price tag of Rs 10,999 and will be offered with a free keyboard jack. While the latter is priced at 6,999, both the tablets will be available exclusively via Flipkart.

As for the aesthetics, the tablet sports a 10.1-inch full HD fully laminated display bearing resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The hardware of the device is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 SoC integrated with Adreno 502 onboard graphics.

The memory and storage department offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage further expandable up to 32GB with a microSD card.

The camera department is managed by an 8-megapixel primary rear camera alongside a 5-megapixel secondary front shooter for selfies and video calling.

It is fueled by a 5,830mAh battery and boots Android 6 Marshmallow out of the box.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 A-GPS and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Moreover, the device also packs dual front-facing speakers with Waves Maxx audio.

On the other hand, the A3 10 Wi-Fi tablet flaunts a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1,280 x 800 pixels. The hardware of the slate is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8127 chipset coupled with 1GB of RAM.

The storage department offers 16GB of inbuilt storage expandable up to 32GB with a microSD card.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the rear primary camera packs a 5MP sensor whereas the front gets2MP shooter for selfies and video calling.

As the name suggests the slate supports only Wi-Fi and not LTE. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.2, A-GPS and USB OTG. It is fueled by a 4,600mAh battery.
