Now a well-known tipster Evan Blass aka @evleaks reveals the press renders of the entire P series smartphones that include Huawei P20, P20 Lite, and P20 Pro just before the official launch.
The “Notch” design that debuted with the iPhone X is seriously taking pace as multiple mobile manufacturers are adopting the same design with there upcoming or newly introduced smartphones namely Asus Zenfone 5 series, upcoming Oppo R15, Vivo V9 and LG’s flagship G7 (NEO).
Huawei’ seems no different, as considering the images, the P series get the same iPhone X inspired Notch front that houses a camera, earpiece, and a sensor.
The P20 and P20 Pro get a front mounted fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button whereas on the P20 Lite is settles at the rear. However, there is a dual rear camera module on the P20 and P20 Lite, while the P20 Pro houses triple rear camera module.
There are only handful details available of the top of the P series contender P20 Pro. The device shares a similar front design with the P20 sibling, the major difference is its rear which has vertically inline triple cameras expected to come with LEICA VARIO-SUMMILUX-H1:1.6-2.4/27-80 ASPH lens.
The design of the P20 and P20 Lite has already been confirmed by appearances at TENAA, the Chinese regulatory agency. Talking about the cameras it will come with LEICA SUMMILUX-H1:1.6/27 ASPH lens.
The P20 Lite surfaced on TENNA by revealing its entire specifications. It will come with a 5.84-inch (1080 x 2280 pixels) Full HD+ display, Octa-Core Kirin 659 SoC, 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, 16 MP + 2 MP rear camera setup, a 24 MP selfie shooter, Android 8.0 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.0, 2,900mAh battery.
As for the prices, the P20 Lite should retail at €369 (Approx. US$ 458 / Rs. 29,800), the P20 will sale at €679 (Approx. US$ 842 / Rs. 54,800), on the other hand, the top of the line P20 Pro is expected to carry a price tag of €899 (Approx. US$ 1,115 / Rs. 72,500).
